Ice skating, tennis, rowing, aerobics, swimming, dancing, golf, and even skiing. The USC offers over 50 sports activities at discount rates for UvA students and staff.

The University Sports Centre (USC) has been the UvA's sport centre for over 25 years. The main building on De Boelelaan covers more than 5,500 square metres and has numerous halls which host a range of activities. UvA students and staff are entitled to discount entry.

Apart from the main location on De Boelelaan, the USC offers tennis on 8 hard courts in the Watergraafsmeer. There is also a new AMC Sports Centre (ASC) next to the Academic Medical Centre (AMC) and USC fitness, a new fitness centre near the Wibautstraat.

The USC also offers many activities at other locations. These include salsa dancing, swimming, indoor climbing, and horse riding.

All USC locations have well-equipped changing rooms and showers. All locations have cafés, and the sports centre next to the Academic Medical Centre even has a solarium. Visit www.usc.uva.nl for detailed information.
