Introduction

The Master Sociology is a challenging programme for students who want to learn to think independently, critically and balanced about social problems. A thorough knowledge of sociological theory and the ability to convert the insights creatively into a scientific paper are indispensable. After finishing this Master, the student is able to translate a sociological problem into research questions, collect and analyse research material and to report about the findings.
