Mathematics (MSc)

Depending on the track chosen, graduates are well-equipped to pursue successful careers in academia, industry or public service.

Mathematicians work in industry, banking, technology, consultancy, service organisations and many other segments of the labour market. Your training in analysis and problem-solving skills will give you an advantage in a many work situations, even those where your specialist knowledge may not seem immediately relevant.

  • Quantitative Analyst
  • Risk Analyst
  • Consultant
  • Corporate or Institutional Researcher, usually in a technical or financial environment
