Start of programme
All (research) Master's programmes of the Graduate School of Social Sciences start in September (the first semester). International Development Studies also starts in February (the second semester).
If you are accepted for one of the Master's programmes, your actual starting date will depend on your academic background as evaluated by the admissions committee. If your academic background is relevant, but not quite optimal for entry in the Master's programme, you may be admitted on basis of your overall academic standing and/or relevant work experience, provided that you complete a preparatory semester and/or intensive one-month research methodology module first.
More information about the preparatory programme will follow soon.
Format letter of reference
As you will notice on the application form and in the instructions, you will need to submit two letters of reference. You may wish to provide your referees with this format.
As you will notice on the application form and in the instructions, students with academic qualifications (to be) retrieved in a non-EEA country have to pay an application fee of € 100. If you wish to pay by credit card, you need to use this form.
