Why choose the Software Engineering Master’s degree programme?

Over the course of this Master’s degree programme, you will become familiar with every aspect of the broad and dynamic field of software engineering. We are seeking students with a Bachelor’s degree from a university of applied sciences or research university that are motivated to learn more about this multifaceted profession. You are eager to learn and interested in tackling challenges for which there is no standard solution. You would like to acquire the necessary skills in order to complete complex software projects. How does one determine and interpret the needs of a client seeking to purchase or develop a new software system? How can you learn to recognise, resolve and prevent defects in a software system? How can theoretical knowledge and professional literature be applied in practice?

The Software Engineering Master’s degree programme is also open to those that are already employed in the IT sector but would like to acquire more in-depth knowledge at an academic level. You may choose to participate in the programme on either a full-time or part-time basis.

Status of accreditation and titles
