Quality assurance, accreditation and degrees
The Universiteit van Amsterdam confers two types of master's degrees or titles. The type of degree awarded depends on whether or not the programme has been accredited by the Accreditation Organisation of The Netherlands and Flanders (NVAO) in conformity with the Dutch Higher Education and Scientific Research Act.
